Nidhi Mehta


Nidhi Mehta, The founder of BollyBeatz is a Professional Dancer/Performer/Teacher & Choreographer with over 10 years experience in the dance industry. She is the founder and creator of BollyArobixT workout. She has worked with highly celebrated choreographers and dancers. Nidhi received her training at Shiamak Davar's Institute for the Performing Arts in Mumbai. She has also taken formal training in Jazz and Hip Hop in the US.
Nidhi Mehta is an irresistibly energetic fitness personality and choreographer who has pioneered the introduction of BollyArobix dance to the forefront of fitness with her series of unique and intense workouts. Nidhi teaches a range of classes, including BollyArobix™, BollyChoreo, and BabyBeatz. She has also successfully created dance routines for music videos,cultural festivals, Corporate workshops and concerts utilizing her knowledge of bollywood, Indian classical dance, salsa, hip-hop, and other dance forms.
Nidhi's background includes an MBA from one of the premier institutes in India and thereafter worked with McKinsey & Co. Nidhi continues to training students and lead classes in India and Singapore. She does regular classes and training workshops at major Fitness Centers across the world..
Her performing credits include: Performances at various Indian Events in Bay Area CA, Stanford International Festival, International School CA, Miss India America Global Pageant, USA and Gold's Gym, Fitness One Workshops. She hosted various workshops at schools to promote Bollywood dancing as a medium of exercise in an Art form. She also taught her dance at the Cisco and Yahoo.
She's been called the Dancing Queen by publications like Femina, Statesman and India Today.
Nidhi says "I love what I do and I would not trade it for anything else in the world! Its the most gratifying experience to see students who have never danced in their life to come to my class and gain confidence in their dancing skills, to feel good about life, to discover their hidden potential. I have had a lot of people come up to me and say that my classes help them get through stress or feeling low. It's a therapy!"
